Hever is famous for Hever Castle which was the family home of Anne Boleyn and later of the Waldorf/Astor family

   
The original castle was the home of the Boleyn family
In the late C19th early C20th it was owned by the Astor family (Waldorf Astoria)who added a "medieval village" to accommodate guests

Earlier visit when the castle was having restoration work done. This is a gigantic field that has been planted with tens of thousands of daffodil bulbs
 
The grounds of the castle are very organized and beautifully maintained with lots of topiary
