Olympic Torch in Cambridge

The Olympic torch came to Cambridge on evening of July 7, 2012. I went to see it the following morning at Trinity College
	I arrived at 5.15 am to an area in front of the Wren Library (which houses the original manuscript of "Winnie the Pooh" -- both AA Milne and his son Christopher Robin studied here.) The flame was lit inside the college where the public was not allowed. Then it was run round the Great Court, the venue of he Great Run as depicted in "Chariots of Fire" -- and reinacted by Seb Coe a Steve Cram in 1988. .....where it was transferred to a punt

.........and on the Magdalene Bridge where it transferred back to runners

At the junction of Magdalene Street & Chesterton Lane there was a handover from one torch to another -- know as "The Kiss"
